Deus lux mea

Hi, I want to know if the right expression is "Deus lux mea" or "Deus lux mea est"!?! Please answer me!! Thank you!!

Both are correct, although in sayings and maxims of this kind the verb est is often omitted.

Deus lux mea = God (is) my light

Deus lux mea est = Gos is my light.

This is, by the way, the motto Catholic University.
