Latin Translation: Dum Vives

by Anonymous

Dear Latin Teacher,

Would you provide a short Latin translation for me? What does this mean? Dum vives homo bibe.

Thanks,

Dear Anonymous,

It means as long as you will live, man, drink. It is discussed in a previous post called Latin Phrase: Drink Now, Die Later.

Hope this helps and thanks for asking a Latin teacher.

Sincerely,

John
