Strength in Wisdom and Love

by Eva
(Copenhagen, Denmark)

How can I express "Strength in wisdom and love"?

My bid would be "Fortitudo in sapentia et amor", but does that make sense at all, and are the forms correct? Fortitudo, fortituda, sapentia, sapentio?

Thank you very much for answering!

Eva

Dear Eva,

Your Latin phrase is just fine as is, except you must use the ablative for love: amore.

So, fortitudo in sapientia et amore.

Hope this helps, and thanks for asking a Latin teacher.

Sincerely,

John
