Love Conquers All

by Jamie
(Glasgow)

What is the correct way to say love conquers all in Latin?

This is Virgil: Omnia vincit amor = love conquers all.

The whole line of hexameter is Omnia vincit amor et nos cedamus amori. Love conquers all and let us yield to love.

He also write Labor omnia vincit: Struggle conquers all.

Hope this helps, and thanks for asking a Latin teacher.

Sincerely,

John
